Jackson is 2!

I have been blessed enough to be photographing Jackson since he was just old enough to sit up! I can't believe he is already two! Jackson was one of my 1st clients, I have done a lot of learning photographing his adorable face!

Savannah is 14!

Savannah :) a spunky 14 yr old girl who loves clothes! I was very proud of her clothing selection after my discussion with her about her wardrobe for the session. I suggested bright popping colors and she delivered! She was very excited to have some new photos for her Facebook (as most kids are!) as well as have her 1st professional natural light photo session! The session actually fell on her real 14th birthday and was a present from her Great Aunt who spoils her! :)

Ryan turns 2!

Ryan was such a serious little goober! Just as serious as he was the 1st time I met him at his 1 yr old session! If we finally got him to smile he would turn away... :) I love 2 year olds! They are smart enough that they know what you are doing, and cunning enough to punk their way out of it!! We got some great serious and even giggly shots of him (despite his best effort!) Great way to remember your 2yr olds TRUE personality!

The Patel's 5 yr Anniversary!

Happy Anniversary to the Patel's'! Celebrating that 5 yr hurdle and still being in love is a big deal! Congratulations! Kinnary contacted me for their anniversary session and was so excited about having her and her husband photographed! I knew right away that I was going to like photographing them!!

Leo K-9 Hero

I was blessed with the opportunity to help a K-9 Police dog named Leo. Leo doesn't have a bullet proof vest, and his partner wanted to try to raise enough money to get Leo one so it could save his life! Leo is such a loving companion his partner only wants to protect him! I can't post any of my favorite pictures due to the PR department of the Police department that Leo works for. No cop cars, no badges, no cops etc. But I can post a picture of JUST LEO :)

The Nalder Family

I have to say. The little girl in the Nalder Family stole the show! She was a doll, and loved to have her picture taken!!! I absolutely loved photographing this family, they made it fun for me as well! They were such troopers. It just so happened that the public park we had chosen for their session was closed down for repairs, which I had no idea till we arrived ( I had just been there a few days before!!) So we had to change locations, but it worked out beautifully!

The Golden Anniversary

I really enjoyed photographing this sweet couples Anniversary party! 50 years and counting!!!! They were such a sweet couple, very inviting to all their guests, obviously loved by their family, friends, and their church. I can't wait to celebrate my 50th with my wonderful husband! ( just 47 yrs to go ;)

Savannah's 8m

I get to see this little doll EVERY SINGLE month!!!!! I do have to say she gets cuter and cuter!! I can't wait to complete her whole 1st year. I hope to do this for my little Conner when he gets here too :) Thanks Shelby for inspiring me!

The Process: 40's Pin up Girls

This was my 4th Session with The Process Institute of Cosmetology. I never know what they are going to throw my way before I get there! I bring my studio equipment to their school where the students style the models hair for a school project. They have professional make-up artists do the models makeup, and get ready for me to shoot some hair shots for their work portfolios!

This go around they had a themed project 40's style Pin-up Girls! I was impressed by what the students accomplished, and had a lot of fun! We had a motorcycle as a prop, as well as my Red Chair that I use for my boudoir sessions.

The Spikes Family

The Spikes family session was a fun and touching session. Jonica and Johnny were celebrating Family, the most important thing in our lives! We were celebrating that their daughter was turning two as well as doing some remembrance photos in memory of Jonica's father who they lost last year suddenly. Ms. Mary Ann and Mac would have been together for 33 years, so they brought 33 balloons. Yes, I cried during this session. Jonica's family touched my heart when she lost her father suddenly. It was a fun and very moving session. Who can not have fun photographing little Annslee! Plus that family is a sweet as they come, and diffidently cherish the good things in life even more after loss.

Jim & Courtney

Jim and Courtney are very much in love, and really excited about spending the rest of their lives together. I was excited to meet them and take their engagement session. Such a special time!

The Hawk Family Miracle

What a sweet family! Beautiful parents of a 16 yr old, and 12 yr old boys now expecting a new little miracle in their life in March! I had a lot of fun photographing this family! Couple obviously still in love, and teenage boys at their best :) The boys are excited about their new little brother, and have even given him some crazy nicknames already!
